one day I will be more sensible

One day I will be more sensible and not tell my aunt about anything personal of mine, like this blog, or photos I have online that anyone can see. Then I won't have to deal with the comments that come from a woman with evidently too much time on her hands and a sometimes nasty mind. With great respect Matriarch, I'd rather you didn't try and be 'amusing' at my expense.
In other news, I am in the lab on a Sunday, trying to get some useful work done.

Oooooh! What does Donkey Kong say about the matter?

Also, why didn't you put up my comment slagging Greensie?

Hello George. Glad you could join me. Donkey Kong has nothing to say on the matter as it doesn't concern him. If I been able to easily identify you earlier, perhaps I would have put it up. As it was, I just thought it was someone shit stirring. Next time, let me know it's you and then it might make it up.

What's wrong with shit stirring on a blog?

Anywho, i thought you'd know it was me.

I don't appreciate people I know being nasty to me in a 'funny' manner. I'm using the blog to let people know what I've been up to. You and your mum having a go wasn't what I was looking forward to, to be quite honest.

In any case, how the fuck was I supposed to know it was you? Have you changed your name recently?

baronvonhuffing said...

No, but I have been using this name for various purposes for about 8 years.

And when was I 'having a go'? Other than at Greensie that is.

Huh, shows how much I know. Sorry, didn't realise it was you, obviously I haven't got an email from the baron before.
You're right, it was only your mum having a go, I apologise. I think PhD stress is mucking with my cognitive abilities. Either that or I'm just an idiot. Anywho, sorry about that.
Greensie deserves everything it gets and I'm sorry I didn't publish that comment.
How goes the househunt/savings plan?

Furiously saving. The bank balance is increasing at a nice pace, but the cost is so fuching much that we are still a long way off.

The massive house next to us (on the other side of the empty block) was auctioned on Saturday morning. I watched from the balacony. It went for a lazy $2,855,000.00 I worked out it would be 211 years of rent for us.
